When you choose Pussopals, you can be assured of an affordable and fully tailored service, as per your needs and the needs of your feline friend. My cat sitting service ensures that your cats are taken care of in the comfort of your home. There is no big change in the environment except that their guardians are away; everything is familiar and they still get the love and attention they’re used to. From feeding and playing to quick visits, you can rely on me for excellent pet sitting services. My service is available for residents within a 10 mile radius of Cambridge.

Services for cats

Our pet sitting services are aimed at providing the best care for your cat when you are not at home. Following are some of the services we offer:

  • Feeding and refilling water
  • Cleaning up your cat’s mishaps
  • Cleaning the litter tray
  • Administering medicines, if required
  • Preparing and feeding special dietary food, if required
  • Taking cats out to play/keeping them inside, as requested
  • Grooming or brushing the cat
  • Petting and talking to your cat
  • Playing with your cat*
  • Checking your cat’s general health
  • Reporting to you if there is a concern
  • Regularly texting and e-mailing updates on progress
  • Sending you photos and WhatsApp videos of your cat
  • Treating and caring for your cat as if it was one of our own

    • *As a part of the service we’ll bring cat toys and new feather wands along.

    Services for you

    As well as taking care of your feline friend, we can also provide the following services for you:

  • Picking up post
  • Watering house plants
  • Taking the bins out ready for collection day
  • Opening or closing house curtains/blinds
  • Securing your house on departure
  • Fully CRB checked
  • Personal indemnity insurance up to £1 million

    • One visit of 30 minutes per day

    £20 (up to 3 cats)

    Please add an additional £1.50 per cat per visit to the price

    Two visits of 30 minutes per day

    £40.00 (up to 3 cats)

    Please add an additional £1.50 per cat per visit to the price

    One visit of one hour per day

    £30.00 (up to 3 cats)

    Please add an additional £1.50 per cat per visit to the price

    Two visits of one hour per day

    £60.00 (up to 3 cats)

    Important Notes:

    • I offer my services within 10 miles of Cambridge. Please add an additional £0.75 per mile each way for distances over 10 miles.
    • Services on Christmas Eve are charged at 50% extra.
    • Services on Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day are charged at double time.
    • Bank holidays are charged at double time.
    • We will issue an invoice on completion of cat care.
    • Payment to be made by cheque, cash or bank transfer within 7 days of invoice date.

    What happens in a cat-related emergency?

    We will both have an agreement in advance on the course of action to be taken during an emergency. I will contact you immediately and take your cat to your designated veterinary surgery. However, all veterinary fees have to be settled by you on your return, which I will endeavour to inform you of in advance of any treatment and request your permission to proceed.
